System update version 1.70 for PlayStation 4

The main functions of System Update v1.70
- Annex 1 ~~~ SHAREfactory ~~~ 1 added to the data. It can be used to add comments and stickers to the video clips, save in the PS4. You can also change the background image and music in video clips.
- You can copy videos and screen shots saved in the PS4, to drive USB.
