Dashlaunch V3.10

- Fixed 13599-14699, dashlaunch sets launch patch missing on board Trinity.
- Fixed a bug in the recognition board Trinity phosphate console glitch1 updating patches (sorry!).
- To prevent too frequent polling for network address (must be corrected black screen on some consoles that helped disabled Ethernet).

xeBuild 1.09

- Now check the DevKit BL (SB / SC / SD / SE) signatures / hashes built in during construction DevKit image.
- Adds client method (now with fewer errors due blaKCat!).
- Customer shows no CPU / DVD key (due blaKCat!).
- Fixed freeboot (JTAG) In the nucleus, which caused variations and PowerOn base will be ignored.
