Rogero CEX 4.46 v1.00

PS3 developer Rogero firmware released CEX-4.46 CFW (V1.00).
This CFW support Q / A Flag. ReactPSNAnd so it is possible to downgrade the hardware consoles using flashers.

What's new:
- ReactPSN works Offline - no more logs in to PSN
- NoBD / noBT patch to put the firmware on the console with a broken blu-ray drive and bluetooth card
- This firmware can be easily put right from the XMB
- You can change a hard disk without any problems and firmware will reset to a new HDD
- Patched LV1 LV2 trip protection
- Patched LV1 to support the peek / poke
- Patched LV1 to check the hash Core OS to prevent BRIC daungreyzhenyh nedeheshirovannyh consoles.
- Patched LV2 to support the peek / poke
- QA Flag-and now enabled by default
- Software bypassing RSOD consoles prone to it
- PSN / SEN works, but it is not recommended to use it
- You can run all the games signed keys until 4.46 without having to patch them!

Installation:
1. Copy the resulting custom firmware on a flash drive in a folder PS3/ UPDATE /
(Before installing the firmware of the drive BD drive must be removed!)
2. Insert the flash drive into any USB connector on the PS3 and make installation of the XMB
