2) Copy the file "DUPLEX-Capcom.Arcade.Cabinet.CRACK.and.UNLOCKER.pkg" folder "CRACK and ALL UNLOCKER" in the root of the stick (external hard drive).
3) Set the menu "Install Package Files"
4) Play!
