Silent Hill: Arcade / Silent Hill: Arcade (Konami / Eng)

For those who have problems with Silent Hill Arcade:
start the game on the default settings (monitor must support 480p)
The game can be run with two executables: Game Loader All RH.exe / KSHG_no_cursor.exe (you can try it compatible with WIN XP SP2 and run as administrator)
Install it:
- K Lite code pack
- Microsoft Visual C + + 2010 SP1 Redistributable Package
Set the typical driver for the equipment, turn off anti-virus software and firewalls, for any modern 3D games and applications.
Fixed sound and not only when nothing else has helped:
- Run DSFMgr.exe
- Choose ffdshow Video Decoder
- Press Filter settings
- And put all video formats to disable position to libavcodec
