The basis of the whole story is an alien energy source Fuse.Raven paramilitary organization intends to steal the device from a secret government lab, players also act as members of a squad of mercenaries called Overstrike 9.In pursuit of the robbers, heroes have to travel all over almost the entire globe to eventually learn about even more serious danger hanging over mankind.

The basis of the gameplay Fuse laid interaction of four members of the squad in the arsenal which are prototypes of new weapons developed using alien technology.Also, each character has a unique set of abilities that help in combat and in less stressful situations. As the game has the ability to pump new skills and improve existing skills.
