Details and changes:
- Flash remade from scratch using OFW4.46 files (not DEX / SEX-files) official XMB and a full feature set works, both in OFW4.46
- The firmware can be installed directly from the XMB on OFW3.55, CFW3.55, CFW4.21, CFW4.30, CFW4.40, CFW4.41, CFW4.46, Rebug, Rogero, HABIB.
- Added a fix ReactPSN offline, which does not require connection to the PSN to activate content useful for those who have never had a PSN account.
- A special patch to bypass RSOD 'Red Screen of Death' (this does not solve the problem RSOD, but will bypass the broken sector and launch the console).
- Included fix for consoles with a broken drive and bluetooth. (That is, during the installation of the firmware will not check them for serviceability)
